I have worked in the veterinary field on and off for 11 years. It has always been my favourite job. The relationships that we build with our clients and patients is very rewarding to me. I graduated from H.E.R.H in 1984. I annually update my continuing education through the A.P.V.C.
I truly enjoy emergency medicine. However, providing the day to day quality care keeps me happily coming back each day. I love the relationships that I build with each client and their pet. I also enjoy working with my colleagues and Doctors. There is never a dull moment and lots to learn.
A fun fact about me is that I have a strong love for Pink Flamingos. Some have called it an unhealthy obsession. But I don't agree. I also have a blended family of 4 boys two cats (also boys). They range in age from 34 to 17. I have 4 grandchildren, three girls and one boy.
